The 3G Router enables multiple users to share a single Glo HSI connection over WiFi (and Ethernet). Customers can connect Laptops, Netbooks, iPads, PSP, PDAs, Smart phones, and all other Wi-Fi enabled devices.


It is different from the Glo 3G modem as it can connect many computers simultaneously. Up-to 4 desktop PCs can also be connected via Ethernet (RJ-45 LAN cable). This is suitable for Small Offices, Businesses (e.g Cyber Cafes), Residences and customers with high data usage demand.

How Much is the Glo 3G Router?

The HSI ROUTER costs N30,000.

The Glo 3G HSI Router has a Self Care which will present you with access to predefined USSD functions with which you can check your balance, recharge your account, monitor usage, buy different HSI service plans and enter other USSD commands.

To access the Self Care, kindly follow the steps below:

==> Connect to the Router

==> Log into the Router by opening http://192.168.1.1 in an internet browser.

==> Log in as ‘Admin’, default password is ‘admin’

==> Select Self Care.

You will receive an acknowledgment SMS informing you that your subscription has been activated within 3 hours. Once you receive this you may begin to access the internet through your router.
